KLL Baseball and Softball 2010 Spring Registration

Keystone Little League registration is now open.  Online registration will be open beginning today and our first, on-site registration will be held this Saturday, November 21, 2009.  Registration will continue until December Saturday, December 19, 2009.

  • What: Keystone Little League Baseball and Softball Registration for Spring 2010
  • Who: For Boys and girls league age 5-18 years old (what is my child’s league age)
  • Location: 14720 Ed Radice Drive, Tampa FL 33626.  On-site Registration is held at the Keystone Little League Board of Directors Room
  • Cost: $175 for the first child, $150 for each additional child

On-site Registration Schedule:

Online Registration and payment can be completed at any time before Sunday, December 19, 2009.  On-site Registration will be on the following dates and times:

  • Saturday, November 21, 2009 – 10:00am – 4:00pm
  • Saturday, December 12, 2009 – 10:00am – 4:00pm
  • Sunday, December 13, 2009 – 10:00am – 4:00pm
  • Wednesday, December 16, 2009 – 6:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Saturday, December 19, 2009 – 10:00am – 4:00pm
  • Monday, January 4, 2010 – 6:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Wednesday, January 6, 2010 – 6:00pm – 9:00pm

How to register:

  1. Complete the online registration form  (link to form is located at the bottom of this page)
  2. Make Payment online by credit or debit card (you can choose to pay by check, money order, or cash at any of the on-site registration dates)
  3. Print and complete the Consent and Release Forms
  4. Bring Receipt, Forms, and Documentation and Identification to the on-site registration

NOTE: Registration can be completed at the on-site registration.  If you elect to register on-site, please allow ample time to complete the process.

Registration Details:

  1. Registration Form – completed online or on-site (allow extra time for on-site registration)
  2. Payment – Credit or Debit Cards are accepted on-line.  Check, Money Orders, or cash are accepted on-site.
  3. Forms – the following consent and release forms must be completed with signatures and turned in at any of the on-site registration dates:

    • Proof of Residency – three documents required.  View accepted Proof of Residency documents
    • Proof of Age – birth certificate required.  For other options, view Proof of Age options.

Late Registration:

All registrations completed after 4:00pm on December 20, 2009 are considered “late registrations” and are not guaranteed placement on a team.  Late registrants will be placed on a waiting list and placed on teams on an “as needed” basis until all team rosters are filled.  A late registration fee of $25 will be charged.

Refunds:

Withdrawals from the league prior to the beginning of the season are eligible for a refund, less a $10 processing fee.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.

Registration FAQ’s:

Q – Do I have to register online?
A – No, you can elect to complete the registration process at any of the on-site registration dates. The process will be considerably longer, so please allow ample time.

Q - My child has played in the past, do I still need to fill out all of the forms and provide residency and age documentation?
A – Yes, Little League requires forms and documentation for each season that your child participates in.

Q – What methods of payment do you accept?
A – We accept credit cards with online registrations.  Checks, money orders, or cash are accepted at on-site registration.

Q – If I register online, do I have to pay by credit or debit card?
A – No, during the registration process, you can elect to pay by check, money order, or cash at the on-site registration

Q – I cannot log in as a “Returning User” even though my child has played at Keystone Little League before.
A – The current registration system was implemented in the fall of 2009.  If your child played in the Fall 2009 season and registered online, then you are a “Returning User”.  All other registrants are considered “New Users” and must set up an account.

Q – How is the spring season structured?
A – Practices start in February.  Opening Day is scheduled for the last weekend in February and the season runs to mid-May.  Teams play two games per week, one during the week and one on the Saturday.  During the season, practices are limited due to field and cage availability.
